Tom Kolongowski
Corporate Affairs | Navy Veteran
Tom is the Founder and President of Trident Risk Advisors, where he leads overall agency operations, business development, revenue generation, account retention, and team building. With decades of leadership experience, he is known for combining strategic vision with deep industry expertise to help organizations navigate risk and build long-term stability.
Before founding Trident, Tom spent 23 years in the property and casualty insurance and risk management industry, leading client acquisition and developing technical, consultative property and casualty programs for large middle-market and national accounts. He also served in the United States Navy as a Lieutenant Commander in the Supply Corps, where he was responsible for supply chain management, integrated logistics support, and contract negotiation and execution.
Tom continues to serve through his board leadership as a Trustee of the Marine Military Academy in Harlingen, Texas, and as Treasurer of the Board of Directors for the Navy League of the United States, Philadelphia Council. A 1986 graduate of the United States Naval Academy, where he earned a varsity letter in rugby, Tom resides in Malvern, Pennsylvania.
As a Board Member of Veteran Concierge™, Tom Kolongowski leads Corporate Affairs with 10 years of military service and extensive experience in corporate leadership, business development, and acquisitions. He brings seasoned judgment, strategic insight, and valuable expertise that help strengthen the organization’s growth and partnerships.
