Timothy Kleczka is a global business executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience in business development, international expansion, and franchise operations across industries including technology, education, and SaaS. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale growth initiatives, building strategic partnerships and driving multimillion-dollar revenue expansion for both publicly traded and privately held organizations.
He has lived in 11 countries, conducted business in more than 60 countries, and traveled to over 75 countries, bringing a uniquely global perspective to his work. His expertise spans market entry strategy, licensing, franchise development, and cross-functional leadership, with a proven track record of executing data-driven initiatives that deliver sustainable growth.
Timothy has held senior leadership roles with New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, Mathnasium, and Mobile Outfitters, where he oversaw global operations, expanded into new international markets, and managed large-scale franchise systems and multimillion-dollar P&Ls.
A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Timothy served as an Air Traffic Controller, instilling a lifelong commitment to leadership, discipline, and service to others. As a Board Member for Veteran Concierge, he leverages his global perspective and relationship-building expertise to strengthen community partnerships, elevate awareness, and expand outreach in support of veterans and their families.
